We want your stay to be as smooth as possible so please call us for a deposit form and then read, sign, and send the deposit form to the address shown on the form along with your $200 refundable security deposit, and one-half of the rental due for the period of time you have reserved. Please note that the balance of the rental is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. |

RULES & POLICIES |

Please READ THE RULE AND REGULATIONS in the contract before signing. Maggie Memories is governed by the vacation rental agreement under North Carolina Vacation Rental Act / Chapter 42A
The rights and obligations of the parties to the agreement are defined by law and include unique provisions permitting the disbursement of rent prior to tenancy. This will also be stated in the entire rental agreement wherein all rules and regulations are laid out. The signed rules and policies form should be sent in the same time you send your security deposit and signed deposit form. |

| LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOCATE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: |
